Orzo, Radish and Chive Salad

½ c. Orzo (rice-shaped pasta) |
4
radishes, quartered and sliced thin |

1 ½ T. mayonnaise |
1 T.
minced fresh chives |
|
2 tsp. fresh lemon juice |
|
Cook orzo in boiling salted water about 10 minutes. Drain well and combine with mayonnaise and lemon juice. Stir in radish, chives, salt and pepper to taste. 4 servings.
