Strawberry & Spinach Salad with Lemon Dressing

Dressing: |

|
1/4 cup sugar |
|
|
Juice of 1 large lemon |
|
|
1 egg yolk |
|
|
6 T olive oil |
|
|
|
|
|
|
Place sugar in bowl. Add
lemon. Add egg yolk, whisk. Add olive oil 1 T at a time whisking after
each addition until thick. Cover/Refrigerate.
